Jason place was a great stay for our work! It was super nice and private and had plenty of parking spaces. The place was super clean and the AC was ice cold with great WiFi speeds! Some things to note is that the place is on the second floor so stairs is the only way to get up which was pretty tough carrying equipment up and down for work purposes. The parking spot was also tight so we were not able to park our truck in the designated parking space. but there is plenty of parking in the lot and is usually never full even on weekends. Overall, the place was a fantastic stay and I would highly recommend Jason’s place!

I booked Jason’s place last minute for an extended period of time. Jason was one of the best hosts I’ve had the pleasure of booking with! Incredibly helpful, considerate, great at communicating. The listing was exactly as described, the complex was very well maintained, and the neighbors were all so friendly! The bed was also very comfortable, which is always a good thing!! Highly recommend Jason’s place!

Jason is an amazing host. He is very responsive and helpful. The cute place has everything you need for either a short term or a long term stay. It’s quiet but it has a lot of restaurants and stores within walking distance. Definitely will come back next time we visit Thousand Oaks.

We rented this space as a long-term furnished rental for a new employee who was relocating to work with us. It was a clean, comfortable space with a great host. Excellent experience!

I had a wonderful stay at this location. The apartment was clean, well decorated, had all the amenities we would need, a very comfortable bed, and a very cozy. Jason was a very communicative host. That was extremely responsive no matter what questions we had. Highly recommend this place to stay, we will be back. Thanks again, Jason. It was a real pleasure.

This place was perfect for our needs. The host was extremely accommodating and helpful. We asked for some extra towels, and they were delivered in less than 24 hours. Would definitely stay here again.

This place is perfect for me and my son for a two week stay. Host is EXTREMELY responsive and helpful.
Location is right off the highway and complex felt very safe. We look forward to staying with them again!

Had an amazing time at this Airbnb in Thousand Oaks. Such a lovely apartment and complex. Super close to restaurants and shops which made it a great stay on top of a perfect place to work. Jason was extremely responsive and helpful, just perfect!
I would recommend anyone staying here for any occasion. If I am visiting the area again I will be staying here.

Had a great time here this weekend. The unit was private and quiet, but still super close to stores and restaurants. The bed was a highlight: incredibly comfortable, and I slept like a baby every night we were there (which is a huge compliment because I’m a very light sleeper).
